1. Architectural shape and form: the architect is affected strongly by the modern style. The outside façade have the homogeneous form with general urban form, but inside the area is freed by many liberal architectural lines.
2. Function: The green space is in the center and spread as small groups to each building, house block. There is a small trading place, near Jono station, combined perfectly with administration department and health-care center. Schools locate amongst houses and buildings.
